Happy 1st of December everyone. We can finally feel all Christmasy and describe our days as being happy, cheerful, warm, heartfelt and definitely hyggelig! It is the time of the year where everyone is closer to their families and friends. It is the time when people feel the safest being around their loved ones and it makes them feel the most comfortable. Which is your favourite time of the year?

The most special event in December is Christmas and all the festivities that come with it. It is a time to gather around a table full of delicious treats in order to enjoy life and each others company. It is a time for giving and receiving. Though this year will look very different for many of us let us not let the joy of Christmas diminish in our hearts.

Finally, it is officially appropriate to post all the festive recipes with lots of sugar, cocoa and rum soaked fruits. I’m definitely not forgetting candies, marshmallows, cranberries, candied peels and everything Christmasy and merry.

“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere you go!!!” That’s the tune I’m humming nowadays. Is that Christmas carol stuck in your head too???

I would like you to leave a comment down below and let me know what are your plans for Christmas this year.
